Eye Irritation
How to deal with eye problems caused by the seasons
The seasons pose many different problems for those who suffer from eye irritation.
For example, if there is a mild winter, then hay fever can strike in early spring as some forms of pollen which can trigger allergic reactions are already in the air.
Then along comes summer, bringing with it the pain of hay fever. If that doesn't get you, then there is the chlorine in swimming pools, and of course overexposure to bright sunlight.
So would a drop in temperature to bring some respite? Not really. As the temperature drops, we turn to central heating and this can rid the air of moisture and this in turn can dry out and irritate eyes.
Cold winds outside can also dry out the eyes and cause similar problems.
