They are looking forward to the Royal Windsor Triathlon on Sunday June 15th - a triathlon event which is said to be 'without equal' in the UK.
The Nokia Royal Windsor Triathlon is perhaps Britain's top event of its kind, and certainly no other event in the world can compare with the historical backdrop of Windsor Castle, Eton College and the majestic River Thames.

But what should those athletes taking part on Sunday 15th June be doing to make the whole process that little bit easier?
